Jeffrey P Guenette, MD, MPH

Dr. Jeffrey Guenette is a neuroradiologist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and an Assistant Professor of Radiology at Harvard Medical School. His advanced expertise is in the interpretation of CT and MRI exams of the skull base, face, and neck and in minimally-invasive image-guided biopsy and thermal ablation treatment of tumors in the face and neck.

Dr. Guenette is the presenting radiologist at the weekly Dana-Farber Cancer Institute multi-disciplinary head and neck tumor board and frequently reviews imaging examinations one-on-one with the Dana-Farber head and neck medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and surgeons. Dr. Guenette’s areas of research include head/neck imaging optimization and advancement, head and neck oncology imaging, neuro-oncology imaging, and percutaneous image-guided tumor ablation in the face and neck. He is an active member of the American Society of Head and Neck Radiology as well as the Radiological Society of North America and International Society of Magnetic Resonance in Medicine. He is also an Associate Program Director for the Brigham and Women’s Hospital Diagnostic Radiology Residency.

Dr. Guenette received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and his medical degree from Brown University. He completed his general radiology residency training at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and his advanced specialized training in neuroradiology also at Brigham and Women’s Hospital with incorporated time at Mass Eye and Ear and Boston Children’s Hospital. He is board certified by the American Board of Radiology.
