Hi, I've met the provider now two times. He seems very pleasant, professional, engaging, thorough. Of course, the plan is for surgery, so I can't really comment until after the surgery. Just on another note, the MA who took my vitals, etc., she was very good, and I'd like to give her some credit. Okay, thank you.

The appointment was fine with Dr. Lange, but prior to seeing him, I saw, I believe, an orthopedic student or that's what I think it was, a woman, but maybe she was a full orthopedic just breaking into the practice. But she was so arrogant, so thoughtless, so in my face that I cried. So I found that to be so incredibly inappropriate. And I was sorry that I spent any time with her. Other than that, my appointment with Dr. Lange was fine. Thank you.

I presented Dr. Lange with a very difficult case where my initial knee replacement prosthetic in the joint was bleeding on a regular basis and nobody could figure out what to do to resolve it, causing me an extreme amount of discomfort and serious pain. I came to Dr. Lange looking for relief. He told me right up front he's going to take care of me and he did. He addressed my issue. He gave me a total knee reconstruction that addressed my problem fully. I couldn't be more happier with the results. It's been [redacted] months since my surgery and I have not had a reoccurrence of the problem that was extremely painful for me for over nine years. So I highly recommend Dr. Lange to anybody.

Most of the time for tis visit was spent with Dr Lange's PA [redacted]. After her, we met Dr Lange who briefly went owe my X-rays, examined my knee and gave his opinion of best approach. He was very warm, very kind and very apologetic for long delay in waiting room. We were very comfortable with him and if necessary would contact him for further issues and treatment. [redacted]

Dr Lange is an excellent doctor. If he feels you need another doctor with a different specialty, he connects with that provider immediately. He uses language that is easily understandable along with images so you can see what is happening. I couldn't ask for more from my doctor.

This experience was the opposite from the one I had with the first knee surgeon I met with at Brigham. I would recommend Dr. Lange enthusiastically! The first doctor I met with...well, I could not run any faster away from him! Dr. Lange's team, by contrast, is everything you want-kindness, attentiveness, skill, experience, joyfulness, understanding. He and his team are great.

Dr. Lange is a hero to me. After a botched knee replacement surgery where I was left in chronic pain that was worse than my knee pain prior to surgery I saw 4 different surgical experts in the field for second opinions over the course of a four year period and Dr. Lange is the only one who took the time to listen to what I had been through, carefully evaluate all of my prior tests [redacted]. He has been the kindest, most gracious and empathetic surgeon I've ever met and continues to treat me with such consideration that I can't find the words to adequately express my profound gratitude and deep respect. While I will need ongoing PT until fully healed, my knee and leg are slowly on the mend and progressing very well. For the first time in over four years I'm not in constant pain and have hope for a future where my functionality returns to as close to baseline normal as possible. When you hear others rave about this gentle, lovely man, believe it. He's the best and as both a patient and medical professional, I've met and worked with many, well known and renowned surgeons. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Lange and his excellent staff of medical professionals. He is awesome!

Dr. Jeff Lange is an excellent doctor has a lot of compassion and expertize.

There is no reason to wait for 2 hours in the waiting room for a 10 minute appointment with the doctor. My doctor apologized profusely which he must do to every patient every day. The system needs to be restructured. everyone is busy and needs to be treated as it their time is important too. Again, Dr Lange and his PA are top notch - the only reason I would return to the Brigham ortho dept

My experience with Dr. Lange is that he's always very knowledgeable and very aware of exactly what's going on with me so that he can make proper recommendations. I was originally a patient of Dr. [redacted] for my knee replacement surgery. Since Dr. [redacted] relocated out of state, she referred me to Dr. Jeffrey Lange. Dr. Lange provided courteous and professional service and reviewed my knee replacement history thoroughly, and provided feedback on the progress that I have made.

The office was extremely busy and xray dept was running behind. The entire staff was aware of my condition and they were diligent in getting images ready for Dr. Lange to review.
