Dr Shaefer is very knowledgeable. He knew my history , answered my questions and was very aware of my pain. He tried different approaches to help me with my symptoms. Gave me injection to help with my immediate pain and adjusted my appliance to enable me to use it all night. Sometimes he runs a little late but he is worth waiting for.I think he is best in his field.And he is a nice and caring person.

I really appreciated the fact that it was a multidisciplinary team and they spent a good amount of time talking to me. They were super friendly. They really wanted to get to know me and the problem that I was having and to help me. So I found that the team was great. I appreciated the length of time that the visit took. It seemed very thorough and like they really cared.

Dr. Shaefer listened to my concerns about changing my treatment and decided to stick with what we had done before until we got some other tests done. He was very easy to talk to about this and I was glad that we had discussed it so I'm waiting to get that test done and then I'll go back and see what the next step is. Thank you.

This office has state of the art medical equipment that was used to help diagnose my jaw issues. Dr. Shaefer is an expert in the field, very knowledgeable, and explained my medical issue in layman's terms. He has a plan moving forward and I consider myself lucky to be under his care.

Dr. Shaefer is the first and only doctor to ever help me with my TMJ. I actually drive two hours almost, depending on the traffic sometimes more, to go each way because he's been so tremendously helpful in relieving the pain, providing a mouth guard and also teaching me techniques on how to prevent some pain. I'm very grateful for him.

Yeah, I found that this provider was mostly kind of indifferent to my situation and my medical concerns. Maybe his personality or something about him that he just didn't seem to care. He was interested in only minimal and basic information necessary for him to go forward with ordering an apnea appliance.

Dr Shaefer always does an excelent job taking care of me. Over the years he has helped me with my medical issues and contunies to provide amazing care.

Dr Shaefer previously made an oral appliance for me that brought me from a 27 on the scale down to a 10. It has made a tremendous difference in how rested I feel when I wake up from a night of restorative sleep. I have recommended and will continue to encourage friends who suffer from sleep apnea to make an apointment with Dr Shaefer.
