I've been seeing this Doctor for 17 years and with continue because I find her to be very knowledgeable and caring about my health.

Wasn't related to this provider, more the experience with the diabetes clinic. I am being seen for gestational diabetes and it just felt like I didn't really get all the information up front and was told to stay in my glucose guidelines to avoid needing insulin. Even though I did this they prescribed insulin, which after talking to my OB, the guidelines provided by the clinic were off (they told me to stay below 95 glucose reading daily, but really should have been 90) so I was blindsided when I was told emphatically I needed insulin. So just a communication issue that was written in the notes incorrectly that caused a lot of stress.

I have been impressed with this provider, but I've had some complications with the insulin, and we're trying to work it out because there are additional medications for glioblastoma, which I'm experiencing now. So we're working on coordinating the offices and making sure everything, medications are correct. Thank you.

Dr. Steppel-Reznik is always patient and explains things very well. She has a nice, calming demeanor. [redacted] I just don't have to worry about care. I can just go and be treated without worrying about other stuff.

Appointment felt like she was just reading through the same information I had received. Made a comment about people often eating more vegetables after this diagnosis, but didn't actually ask me what my personal diet was beforehand.

I trust this doctor to provide the very best care for me, and I like her.

I am disappointed that my doctor and nurse practitioner are not on the main directory. I needed to look up their suite number and it was not listed. They have been in that office suite and there is NO excuse to not have them listed

I've been going to Dr. Steppel-Reznik for several years. She's been managing my care. And I respect and like her very much. I find her to be caring and helpful and smart. And who could ask for more? So there you go.
