Very nice, good listener, was totally on time for the call, easy to talk to, and yeah, just definitely think he's a great doctor.

Unfortunately, there was a technical issue with our virtual visit. I called the office and they were able to schedule a phone call with Dr. Luther to rectify the situation. So other than the technical issue, which I don't think bears any weight on MGH or the staff, the appointment was perfect.

I am always comfortable talking to him about my concerns as I feel he cares about my health anymore well being

I understand you have rules about checking on my list of meds. However, asking me to fill out the form (a few times) answering calls and answering a call day of is too much. If I add to my list I will let the dr know. As to Dr. Luther he's great. Never an issue.
