Dr. Levin is a great provider, he takes the time to listen to my concerns and makes sure I understand what he is saying and comes up with a good plan to hopefully keep me on track with my medical condition.

I was impressed that although this was an initial investment, an initial visit, he had very thoroughly looked at my file and was well aware of what the issues were before I entered the office.

This was my first visit with Dr. Levin. I did have to wait many months, maybe seven, to get this appointment. However, I was pleased with the appointment itself. Dr. Levin spent about an hour with me. He listened to what I have to say, and I felt that he was very thorough and easy to approach and ask questions to. So I appreciated that.

Overall, I enjoyed my visit with this provider. However, I felt like a few times I had to repeat myself in the way of that they weren't grasping that I didn't have any other symptoms or anything that triggered from light to sound. They kept saying, oh, if you, you know, have more sun, we thought that that would trigger it. But I kept saying that No, that doesn't trigger my migraine. So I think a little bit more listening, active listening maybe would be the word choice to use would be great.

We havent seen Dr. Levin since [redacted], but he was completely up to date on my recent hospitalization and had been in close contact with my doctors in Boston at Brigham. It was a great comfort to know that his care and theirs were coordinated. I also was grateful that he allowed my daughter in Eastern Massachusetts to facetime the appointment and even to ask questions and view the fiilms. He was, as usual, completely prepared and straightforward about what he knew and what he could not predict, which I appreciated very much.

He was very personable. He understood that the procedure was probably going to hurt somewhat and he was very open about that. At one point he even told me I could swear because it hurt so much. So I felt like I was in really good hands, even though what he was doing hurt, but he couldn't help it. I would definitely recommend him. Very personable guy. Dr. Levin is very knowledgeable about specific medications to treat my migraines. He is always very cordial and listens carefully to what I have to say.

He was great, thorough, easy to talk to, kind. The only problem was that for my first visit I had to wait 5 months for an opening. I understand that he is the sole MD in the neurology department and so the long wait, but I wonder if CD might think about expanding the department if possible.
