The visit went very well. The doctor was attentive throughout our appointment, listening carefully to my concerns and responding in a manner that was both positive and helpful. During the appointment, we reviewed my current prescriptions together. The doctor also took time to discuss the results of the tests performed that day, explaining them in a way that was easy for me to understand One aspect of the visit that stood out was the doctor's ability to listen. This made me feel confident that I was receiving the best possible treatment. When I left the office, I felt reassured and ready to follow his directions to continue enjoying my life to the fullest.

I was very late to my appointment due to train delays, but I was still seen by my doctor even though my appointment was cancelled and I was very pleased with the way the receptionist was able to rebook an appointment right at the moment and I'm very pleased with the way I was treated by all the staff from the receptionist to the doctor's assistant that attended me first to the interaction with the doctor and all the information that he provided and the options I had available.
