Dr. Frankel is kind, knowledgeable and a great listener. It does not ever make you feel rushed and explains things in a way that's easy to understand.

It's an absolute pleasure and a privilege to have Dr. Frankel on my care team. I appreciate it more than any other provider I currently see. He's extremely knowledgeable, very approachable, professional, all the good things all at the same time. And I couldn't be more grateful to have him on my team both as an advocate and as a physician. This is one of the best experiences I've had in a long time because the doctor is a very humble and down-to-earth person, and he instilled confidence in me. He took a great interest in understanding how the pain on the soles of my feet started. I am very satisfied with his care and the genuine interest he showed in helping me, as well as the therapy he prescribed for the coming months and the follow-up appointment he scheduled. I wish all healthcare professionals demonstrated such dedication and empathy towards their patients and understand the internal and emotional struggles that these illnesses can cause.

We felt we were dealing with complete professionals - they know their role and how to perform, in addition to giving us confidence in them throughout the encouter.
