Dr. Frangos is fantastic. I drive a very long way to be able to remain in his care, especially after he moved his office from Jamaica Plain. So I highly recommend him and I have recommended him to a number of people, friends, colleagues. He's fabulous.

Dr. Jason Frangos is a wonderful and caring doctor. My husband and I have been patients of his for a long time. We feel very lucky to have him and his caring and expertise for both of us.

It was my first time seeing a dermatologist so don't have much basis for comparison. But overall it was a good experience.

Please note that I responded to the question about prescription medication by saying I didn't discuss this with my physician. I'm not taking any medication that's relevant to this physician's care. It's also possible a patient isn't taking any prescription medication at all. In either of these cases, I think a choice "Not applicable" should be included.

I was a new patient took over a year to get in but I understand when you have a full practice. So it did not bother me but I would have liked to be seen earlier.

This physician and his staff have always listened to my concerns and provided detailed feedback on my conditions and what to expect going forward and on home care and on when to follow-up if certain problems develop. I have always received great treatment.

Fairly regular patient at this practice and all went well. Dr. always has another Doc in training to start the visit. That person always does a full thorough exam, discusses with the regular M.D. and then they go to work. Had multiple biopsies this visit and some rx. for skin treatment. Lengthy visit and now awaiting results of biopsies.

This was my first experience with this provider. I have been coming to this practice for over 25 years and absolutely loved my former doctor. I feel like I'm in very good hands with my new doctor and am confident I will continue to receive the same excellent level of care I have had for the past 25 years.

There were 2 students present and one did most of the procedure. He and the doctor were constantly communicating which was educational for me also. The doctor constantly asked if I was OK and explained at what point in the procedure they were at.

I've been seeing Dr. Frangos for many years and followed him to THIS current practice. He's an amazing doctor, thorough, kind, respectful and listens well. I would follow him to any practice he's in.

Dr. Frangos was very calming and reassuring when I had to have an unexpected biopsy. He spent time with me answering questions that I had and showed me images of the site that needed to be biopsied. He's kind, caring and knowledgeable. Thank you for seeing me!

Professional and informative

I've seen Dr. Frangos for many years. He's the most thorough dermatologist I've ever had. He goes over every bit of my body and explains everything that he sees. He's an extremely good doctor and a wonderful dermatologist. I recommend him highly.

Yes, Dr. Frangos has been my dermatologist for many years, at least 11, and I have so much appreciated his care and attentiveness. He's very professional and is just an awesome communicator, presenting options and explaining details.

Dr Frangos is an exceptional physician. He was incredibly patient and thoughtful about the best course of treatment for me.

I do not see him that often, but when I do see him he is right on target with medications that are needed and with paying attention to my dermatological needs.

Derm is run well at 221 Longwood. Dr Frangos is great but has very limited hours now at BWH
