I was pleased with Dr. Kerzer. I had been with Dr. [redacted] for over 20 years and was concerned about changing doctors. But Dr. Kerzer was fine and the entire practice seemed very good,

This is the very first time I've spoken to this doctor. [redacted] I didn't think that this doctor was prepared. I didn't think that he read enough of my chart. I didn't, otherwise he was very busy reading. That's about it. Thank you.

This provider was 20 minutes late and I was his first patient. Felt he fid not spend enough time with me. Very opinionated. Not very personal. Did not like his attitude. Not pleased with him. This was my first appointment with him. [redacted]

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for being a patient at the Bullfinch Medical Group. I was experiencing significant pain, knee pain, and my personal trainer had recommended that I would likely benefit from having an x-ray. Dr. Kerzer analyzed the situation. I was quickly scheduled for the x-ray. And then also, in order to rule out other potential problems, I needed an appointment. And that was set up the same day. And so I was able to get that done.

I was in significant pain and understandably anxious, as I did not know what was wrong. Although I had never met this provider before, he was exceptional in his presence, bedside manner, and clinical knowledge. He immediately made me feel safe and confident in the care I was receiving, regardless of the outcome. Outstanding across the board-truly exceptional care.

Dr. Kerzer immediately determined that rash near tick bite was allergic reaction to bandaid adhesive, not Lyme disease. Offered to do blood test just in case. I accepted. Results negative. As he explained during my visit and email followup to test, I will schedule a re-test in 6 weeks. Professional, prompt and reassuring.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Kerzer. It was for a sick visit and I thought he was wonderful, thorough, pleasant, knowledgeable, and I would certainly not hesitate to see him again. However, I probably will not be that fortunate because he is not my PCP.
