Dr. Bradshaw was just surprisingly attentive and really took time talking to me about a particularly difficult time that I'm having right now with a family member who has ALS. And he was so sympathetic, so quick to offer assistance if I needed it, you know, of various sorts, medical, psychological. He was very sympathetic. I was frankly surprised. I've never had a doctor do that and he really took the time to listen to me and interact. I was very impressed. I think he's just excellent.

Dr. Bradshaw has been one of the best doctors I have had in a long time. Many times as a more "mature" patient we are dismissed sometimes. I am very fortunate to have Dr. Bradshaw as my PCP. He is in communication with Massachusetts General Hospital regarding my Temporal lobe brain resection surgery and feel very lucky to have him oversee my care. He is so on top of my care as is his staff.

Dr. Bradshaw is an excellent physician- he listens carefully, and his knowledge and skill alleviated one of the biggest problems I had. He immediately diagnosed the source of my knee pain and administered a steroid-lidocaine injection painlessly. I had immediate relief, and have improved each day since. I trust him implicitly and have had excellent care from him each time I have seen him.

Dr. Bradshaw and other providers at this practice, along with reception, are professional, responsible, and friendly. It is a non-stressful health care experience. When I needed a same-day appointment for a sudden and potentially serious infection, I got it immediately, without being told to "go to the emergency room." (The issue was resolved with prescription antibiotics and no hassle, and great relief on my part.) I am grateful they are there.
