Dr. Yinh is a skilled and caring provider. She knows me well and is concerned for my health. I appreciate that she looks at the big picture, in addition to the specific treatment at hand. I'm grateful that I can go to her when I experience pain and she does her best to improve my quality of life.

I just want to say it's the first time I've ever seen this physician. And so in the amount of time that we had was relatively limited, it was fine, appropriate for the visit. But it's difficult to make judgment just based on that. We'll see how the follow-through is with respect to various items we discussed and the plan for moving forward. But I can't judge that in advance.

Excellent experience

Dr. Yinh is an excellent physician. She's knowledgeable, understanding and she listens and is conversant. She's a very nice person.

I felt the provider had a preset idea of what our visit was concerning, but had not actually read my chart or had any idea of my situation. As I explained the situation it wasn't clear to me that she still understood my goals

My experience was great. I was running a little late because I got lost (my first time at the MGH campus), and when the nurse brought me into the room, Dr Yinh was already there and we got right down to business. Bringing notes about my medical history related to my possible condition helped Dr Yinh understand what might be the cause, ask good questions, and order relevant tests/screenings. I was happy with the treatment she provided in the office. It has improved my quality of life. Not 100% but a noticeable improvement.

Virtual visit was convenient and effective. This was an initial visit and a zoom was an appropriate tool for gathering information on my situation.

I had no idea who she was- she was not my regular doctor and did not introduce herself and tell me the reason for the call.

The next morning after my visit I got a personal phone call from Dr. Yinh. Before the day started she had reviewed my blood work and decided because of kidney functions to change the meds she prescribed. Needless to say I was in awe of her detail work and caring. She is a wonderful doctor but also teacher,taking the time to explain the process, why not to worry or be afraid. I feel extremely lucky to have her as a physician, she is rare and competent.

Dr.Yinh is easy to talk to. She really listens and asks questions showing she is trying to help me as best as she can. She is a caring doctor.

She went above and beyond to see me in a short period of time and stayed with me until a very difficult procedure had been completed, period. She generally cares about her patients and it's evident in everything that she does and every interaction you have with her.

The provider herself was nice, but I was waiting an hour past my visit to be seen by her, and then she seemed to be in a rush to get through it. And also, it seemed like she was minimizing, you know, when she looked at my x-rays, she was like, oh, that doesn't look so bad, sort of invalidating the feeling that I have, the pain that I have, because she doesn't know what's going on inside my body. And for her to say, oh, it doesn't look that bad, maybe to her eyes, it didn't look bad, but to me, it feels horrible. That's all I have to say about that. And I also didn't appreciate being invalidated when I was asked my pain level. [redacted]

Dr. Janeth was extremely patient with me. She answered all my questions. She also gave me some input into what was about to happen and all that. She was just excellent.

I always feel that Dr. Yinh takes the time to hear me, to understand my concerns, explain things very well. I never feel like an appointment is rushed. I feel that she cares, shows genuine concern, and I feel fully supported and cared for.
