My pcp takes the time to listen, discuss, and make appropriate recommendations for my particular situation.

Dr Chang is a wonderful doctor. Very knowledgeable, caring and responsive. I feel very fortunate to have her as my PCP.

Dr Chang is a superb physician! She listens, is focused on details, and follows up accordingly. She's easy to talk to about concerns and her experience and wisdom allow her to address risks while reassuring me about things that are not medically concerning.

I've been with Dr. Chang for approximately 25 years, and she is fantastic. I have stayed with her because I am an adopted person. It is hard sometimes working with medical professionals who do not recognize that you do not have medical family history. She has always been incredibly sensitive and proactive. She's caring, she's kind. remembers who I am. She always asks questions about, you know, how I'm doing. So I will be very sad when she retires and hope that, you know, she knows how much her care means.

The office has ways been efficient Trespectful and friendly

The Dr (Chang is great); I found one of the nurses rather brusque and the folks at the desk tended to ignore lines of patients waiting to check in and out. I left without checking out.

i missed my yearly appt due to my error, and it took 4 months to get another one. called a while back to see someone for a current illness but couldn't get appt with PA for a few days so i didn't go, eventually got better. I realize there is a shortage of doctors and PAs everywhere. Also, unable to make an appt for next year while I was there, which I usually do, but was told to call 4 months ahead. Mystifying, unless my doc is about to retire but i was not given a reason. they just said "new procedure". :(

I am beyond fortunate to have Dr. Chang as my primary care provider. I would rate her well beyond the 10 because of her medical knowledge, kindness, respect for my well-being, and her preparedness for each of our visits. She is beyond outstanding!

Dr. Chang has been my primary care physician for several decades and I couldn't have asked for somebody better. She's highly responsive, treats you with respect, knows your conditions, and her office is able to get you an appointment within a day with at least one of the physicians if you have a illness.
