I thought this was good, but I haven't actually seen the provider in person. So it's kind of hard for me to say.

Very helpful team

They all made me feel comfortable, explained everything and what to expect. I did not feel nervous; they were friendly, laughed with me, and made the overall experience joyful.

Dr. Shifren is exceptional. I have been seeing her for a number of years now and she is always well prepared, knows my history, remembers personal details about me and in this particular instance I was quite nervous about the procedure and she could not have been more clear and helpful. She walked me through the entire thing before she even started. She showed me the instruments that she'd be using and she let me know on multiple occasions that I was in control, that if I needed to stop we could do that. She really, really put me at ease and I was, as usual, so impressed with her, not just with her knowledge and her care, but just her true kindness and ?

I had a wonderful experience at my appointment. I had seen another provider in Rhode Island and my care at Mass General far surpassed my care from before. I was astounded how well I was taken care of and the differences between the standard of care between the two hospitals. I wish I had chosen Mass General long before now.

Outstanding experience

She was warm and friendly and I had the best possible experience! Throughout the IVF experience I'm always a little anxious. Dr. Shifren, her team, and the nurses all made me feel at ease and excited about the process.

Dr. Shifren is knowledgeable, well meaning and kind. I would add that at a very sensitive time I would have appreciated her reading the situation more and responding with a more authentic approach rather than scripted.
