Dr. Kirshenbaum is direct, knowledgeable, thorough, he listens to me. I am not crazy about taking a lot of meds but he always informs me of what could be needed. To prevent meds I do that best I can to lower cholesterol - which was successful in dropping this year. He makes me aware of my overweight and the dangers of such, but does no push me shamefully. Dr. Kirshenbaum is my heart cardiologist and he is a wonderful provider. The only problem that I had is we were trying to do a Zoom meeting, a virtual, and we had problems with the technology piece. So we ended up doing a phone call rather than to do an official Zoom visit. The technology piece would be beneficial if he had someone there to help him with the setting up a virtual meeting. I do appreciate not having to drive into the office and we got it done through FaceTime. All my questions were answered and I had a very successful checkup. However, the technology piece could be improved. Thank you.
