He was very easy to understand and provide me with information that I could understand and I find him to be a very good vascular surgeon.

Dr. Balcom is the most approachable, kind and understanding medical professional (possibly person) that I have been in contact with. He and his staff are only concerned about their patients and their care. Incredible doctor, nurses and staff.

Dr Balcom and NP [redacted] were excellent in communicating about the procedure and making sure I was comfortable and understanding every step of the way. The procedure was done efficiently and effectively.

We appreciate Dr. Balcony care and knowledge however this time he dud not serm to have been informed about my request for a leg ultrasound due to increased discomfort.

Everyone I met were courteous, professional, and provided all the information I needed. Additionally they all made me very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to all friends and family.

The attention was very precise and sharp, they didn't even ask me if I had any doubts, I left without understanding anything after waiting for 2 months for this appointment which had me very worried and I remained the same.

This was a scheduled yearly visit. So the first question does not apply.
