This was a sick call and I was set up with Dr. Hickey, who I had never seen before. He is not my primary care physician, so when it comes to recommendations, that is why I gave a nine. I found him to be very amiable and efficient and friendly, but it was a one-time visit.

A very good experience

Dr. Hickey has always been my primary care physician at your office. I find him to be very professional, takes his time, and I would highly recommend him. I know he's only working part-time now, and that's a shame, but absolutely he's number one as far as I'm concerned.

Dr. Hickey was friendly, respectful, thorough, and genuine. I had never met him but he helped quickly establish an easy rapport that facilitated the visit and my receipt and understanding of pertinent information. Yeah, Dr. Hickey was very professional, very thorough. He took his time. I didn't feel rushed at all. I felt very patiently listened to. And then he looked into one of my questions and did a little digging and gave me a follow-up call about whether or not I ought to get a measles vaccine since I was born in [redacted]. So that was all great. And I would be very happy to see him again. And I'm really glad that Dr. [redacted] has added him to her team. I think that she's done a wonderful job ensuring that her patients get appropriate care. And I was very happy that he was available to see me.
