I'm disabled and elderly! It will be difficult for me to see him again! He started walking toward the door before I was done! I remained with my mouth opened.!!And it was very bad weather!!

Appointment scheduling was easy and well communicated. I had to change the appointment date several times due to work commitments and it was handled easily both times. I arrived on time and was seen almost immediately. Post visit scheduling of CT scan was done in just a couple of days.

The provider I saw took the time to explain next steps in my treatment without making me feel rushed. He was personable and made me feel very comfortable

I wish that everyone within the medical community could do the job that Dr. Rivera and his staff does. They set the standard very high, and I've never received such service as I receive with them. I can't tell you how happy I am with them and how they should be teaching others how to just run a really well-run office. It was just a pleasure to see him and his entire staff, everybody from people on the phone to setting the appointments. Everything was just perfect.

Dr. Rivera is probably the best surgeon ever and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He did a complex double surgery for me and he was amazing. He was by my side at all times, checking on me constantly at the hospital every day. He had me following up and he's had my back through the entire process. And even now he still says to call him for any reason. He's just amazing. He is such a skilled surgeon and I could hardly even see my scars. He's amazing. He's just the best. Thank you.
