Dr. Swan knows me well and remembers issues from previous years. She is cheerful, empathetic, and always asks how I am doing. She encourages me to pursue tiny issues that I bring up to her because she knows that if I feel my best, life will be better. She is a wonderful doctor.

I feel the most comfortable with a doctor who admits when they "don't" know. Dr. Swan, after many questions relating to my problem, told me she did not know the cause of my problem and therefore she wanted to me to see an specialist. The next day I saw the specialist she referred me to and the mystery was solved and I was on my way to recovery. She solved my problem and I am happier and know that I can trust Dr. Dr. Swan to care for me.

Pleasant experience as a new patient

My experience with Dr. Swan has always been top notch, I have been her patient for a number of years. I am so satisfied with her that I have maintained her as my primary physician even though I moved to CT a few years ago and have to commute over 2 hours each time I visit the office. She is competent, caring and a good listener and explainer.
