Yes, they asked me to come into the office for an appointment. I live quite a ways away, and I asked, based on what my concerns were, if we could do a video appointment. And they said they checked with the doctor. He said, sure. And we had a very good video appointment. It saved me quite a bit of time doing this via video than my going into the office. And I appreciate them not requiring me to go into the office.

The provider did not know of an emergency room visit I had 8 months ago at BWH ED. Doing an annual physical assessment without acknowledging a major episode that necessitated two ER visits was a little disappointing. Otherwise, he's been responsive to my needs and helpful in guiding me through the system.

Dr. Naggar is extremely patient focused. My husband has Parkinson's and he was extremely concerned as me being a caretaker and not being stressed physically and emotionally. My mental health was important as was my overall health. Explained all test results from tests I had. He is amazing.

Jack deftly navigated through my medical records as they related to my condition, and he clearly communicated what he was reviewing and why. The management/treatment plan was communicated with great clarity. He established excellent rapport, was kind and considerate, and validated my concerns and questions. This is one of the best doctors I've ever had and he's very caring and very accommodating and also doesn't treat me like I'm crazy and listens to me and I feel like he is very good at responsive care and overall understanding and making the patient feel heard and I really appreciate that because that is not my experience at all doctors.
