The provider was great. The only comment I would like to make is that after the procedure was completed the provider started to explain what the procedure indicated and what was next. Unfortunately because of the emotion of the procedure I was not able to fully comprehend what was said and I was not ready to ask appropriate questions. The patient is handicapped and within a wheelchair the doors there are not self operating a person needs to open and hold the door. Upon leaving the reception seen me struggling trying to get out and instead of offering help just sat there staring at me until I had a yelled out Can somebody help us with the door. A woman from a back room came out to help.

After 3 months on a "treadmill" w/a different urologic office, I was pleased to be given options for a way forward by Dr. Massicotte.
