Everything was excellent. The x-ray technician was efficient and technically proficient, but did not even respond to thank you and happy new year, being personable is also as important.

On the Monday following the New Year weekend the building was very busy. Inspite of that, I had my eyesight and pressure checked, my eyes dilated, my imaging done and had my results checked by both the resident and Dr Kim. All in about 1 hr and 10 minutes. Dr. Kim is wonderful- kind, gentle, knowledgeable and was carefully considering all options and I never felt rushed. She was courteous when examining me, and I felt very much cared for. The fellow was also great, as well as everyone on the scanning and photo team. Everyone treated me so well, I was grateful as I was nervous coming in. I really appreciated how when I arrived earlier than my appointment, I was immediately attended to, that is a wonderful thing to have patients queue up like that and creates a seamless flow instead of having you wait for the slotted time.

Dr Kim is amazing. But I had a bit of a bad experience with the gel from the eye ultrasound. It got a painful stinging in my eye and eye lid from the gel. This was the fourth time I have had ultrasound on y eye, and never had an issue before. I think it was a new kind of gel that stuck more to my eye and created a reaction. The nurses that rinsed my eye, and the doctors also were kind. The receptionists various cou ters were kind and helped imediately.

Great doctor and staff

While I had 3 tests before seeing the doctor and all those happened in a timely manner because I had the first appointment of the day, I did have to wait 35 minutes to see the doctor. I am wondering if there is a more efficient way to schedule the doctor appoints to minimize wait times.

I trust Dr. Kim for my eye care issues. She is professional and thorough in discussing the results of tests and follow up treatment .

This provider is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She's open, she tells you just like it is, and she proceeds. And if something goes wrong, she'll tell you that and tell you what your next move is. I would very highly recommend her to anyone for treatment.
