Doctor was and is excellent. The nurse was burnt out. Did not say her name, did not repeat blood pressure or oxygen ect.. I had to ask for my vitals she just took. She was not friendly. Burnt out, appeared like a robot. Not rude but was not engaged to the process or person in front of her.

She's a very good provider. She gets to the point very quickly. She listens well. Even though she was not aware of the results because of your portal being very difficult to transfer information on or by, she came up to speed quickly by listening to me give her the results and then she was able to get on the computer and see some other information that was pertinent and she actually gave a lot of credit to my other, to my PCP and said that he was doing a great job managing my thyroid issues.

Dr Z has been a wonderful provider overseeing my diabetes journey for the past six years. My future appointments are always set up when I am checking out. Times that I have needed questions answered or advice or changes in my insulins, I have gone into my portal and have within hours have had a response to my needs. Dr Z is wonderful

The convenience of testing and a physician in the same location can't be overstated. This means the difference between 2 hours out of my day for a trip to the Stetson Building or six plus hour day traveling to Boston to be seen, in which case my wife has to work from home in order to pick up our daughter from school. An increase in telemedicine would also help with patient convenience.

I think she was very thorough and she explained everything so I could understand it. I appreciated that very much.

My doctor was ready for the Zoom call and had my medical records in front of her. She was kind and explained some things that would help me.

Dr. Zamfirescu is uniquely willing to try to help me with my medically complex case. I have seen many overwhelmed and burnt out providers over the last few years and been bounced back and forth between Primary Care and specialists without making progress. Dr. Zamfirescu was not like that. She was sympathetic and offered to do what she could to help.

Dr. Z. has been my endocrinologist for many years and she has educated me and guided me through my disease. It remains in check with my levels the best in 16 years and dropping 75 lbs. She is the best!

Dr Zamfirescu has taught me to be a better diabetic. I've had type 1 diabetes for 54 years. During this time I've had two endocrinologists caring for me. Dr. Zamfirescu has been treating me for 10 - 15 years and her care goes beyond what any patient expects from a doctor. During one visit years ago she immediately noticed I was having a keto acidosis upon entering the, contacted the hospital emergency room and I was immediately placed under the care of the emergency room physicians and nurses. Later that evening Dr. Zamfirescu actually came to the emergency room to follow up on me. That made such a big impression on me that I never would expect another doctor to do. She doesn't go through the motions and I truly believe she cares about all her patients! Every appointment I leave learning something new on how to care for myself and I owe it all to her!

Dr Z is an excellent health care provider. I have been her patient for the last 5-6 years. Any time I've had difficulties and needed to speak with her, she or her nurse always took the time to call me with information and instruction to take care of my needs. My insurance often times decides to change what drugs they cover and often I've corresponded with Dr Z thru the portal and she's always taken the time to find another med in place of her original rx. I feel very well taken care of with her care!

Dr Z advised to add additional supplements of calcium and Vitamin D I should take for bone loss and that she would follow up after new blood work in June. She scheduled an x-ray on my spine to check on any possible problems. Advised on when I should come back and advised that her office would call me to schedule.
