She listened well to my concerns and was very easy to talk with.

They are very professional and gave me a lot of information on lung transplant and the preparation and aftercare

She is fantastic. She was very attentive to my concerns. I had asked to see a vein specialist because of my legs. We also talked about what was found on the MRI I had [redacted] and she was concerned on the report there so she's gonna set me up with a neurologist. This was an an extremely positive most productive checkup I've had in a long time. The doctor is always concerned about her patience as well as my nurse manager, [redacted] I just love them and [redacted] the receptionist. She's also concerned about patient's health and welfare as well. Can't get a better group of doctors.

Dr Neuringer is a great clinician. She takes her time with her patients and asks questions and listens very well.

Dr. Nurenger really makes my opinions feel heard. She makes me feel seen and she strives to offer me the highest amount of care available. I have a very rare condition and a rare presentation of cystic fibrosis and she never makes me feel like a burden. She always wants me to feel like I could lean on her and her staff for help.

Dr. Neuringer is a step above most physicians I've seen, and I've seen many. She was extraordinarily helpful, knowledgeable, and kind, and she listened and took me seriously in a way I've rarely experienced. She held space for the intensity of my history with the medical system and was only the second provider, after my current PCP, to acknowledge that something systemic is going on with me and let me know that she's in my corner as we figure it out, even if it's not something CFTR-related. I've been trying to get doctors to take this seriously since I was a child, and I often feel like I have to beg providers for the care I need, but that was not the case here. I've had genuinely traumatic experiences in medical settings, and it warms me to know physicians like Dr. Neuringer are out there. MGH is lucky to have her.

I enjoy the CF clinic employees. The folks that check me in and out. The pulmonary physicians. The dietician, social worker and the individual that takes my vitals and does PFT's.

Dr. Neuringer is honestly the best doctor I have ever had in my life. She takes a ton of time. She really cares. I 100% could not think of a better doctor in all my years. So nothing but good things to say about her.

The doctor I met with was very thorough regarding my whole medical background and I felt that she took a sincere interest in learning about how I was feeling regarding my prognosis and my current medical condition. She explained the transplant evaluation process and she answered all of my questions.
