Communication was excellent. Provider wrote results of test and explanation in a note on the portal so we didn't have to wait until next visit to discuss.

This was my second direct visit with Dr. Hodge, having first visited her in the winter of 2025. My attitude since first we met has changed to be less defensive, better informed approaching the visit, and allowing Dr. Hodge and her team to properly train me to self the wounds I have. By answering all my questions and educating me on my "true" condition, she helps me to be positive about healing at this time and referring me to other sources in hopes of preventing further damage. She and [redacted] consulted to ensure the notes were accurately stated so that directions for self-care would be easier for me. I look forward to our follow-on visit and a future plan of action for my feet.

I just wanted to say that this was the first time meeting Dr. Hodge and it was really a great experience. Her and the nurses were friendly. They were knowledgeable. They were very informative and for my first time being in wound care like that, it was very reassuring that they had the experience and they had the understanding of what they were trying to treat for me. Great job by everybody overall.
