For me, I refer all women who have problems having children, even those who have come here, because it is the best place to get the best care, no matter what your nationality, and you will be treated well and with respect.

We've had a great experience with MGH fertility so far and are really hopeful!

She was respectful. Explained what they were doing and asked if I would like to put the wand myself or if she could. At the end of the ultra sound she asked if I had any questions. Great bedside manner.

Dr. Dimitriadis is wonderful. She's kind, compassionate, explains things thoroughly, and is patient answering questions. She's taken the time to establish a relationship with us and we trust her judgment completely. She understands our urgency and follows up with us quickly after a cycle so we don't lose time on the next steps. She's exceptional all around.

Dr. Dimitriadis and her team at the MGH Fertility Center are truly exceptional. At our very first visit, she made a point to include my husband in the conversation, clearly explaining not just the process but how physically demanding it would be on my body compared to his. She listened attentively and answered all our questions in a clear, direct, and honest way. Her approach was always straightforward but never dismissive. She was respectful and kind. Once all our test results were in and it was time to choose a treatment path, Dr. Dimitriadis laid out our options thoroughly and gave us the information we needed to make an educated decision, without ever pressuring us one way or the other. When we began IVF, she was transparent about what to expect, helping us set realistic expectations while making sure we understood the physical and emotional toll of treatment. She answered every question thoughtfully, and I never once felt patronized. The nursing and medical assistants are phenomenal. Always greeted with kindness and a positive attitude!! They respond to messages incredibly quickly and are a major source of support throughout the process. As for the fertility center itself: everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The entire staff made a difficult process feel less intimidating. A special shoutout to [redacted], one of the ultrasound nurses/techs - she was incredibly kind and informative during every appointment. She was very gentle and careful during the ultrasounds (which can be very uncomfortable as the ovaries get bigger)

The care provider was friendly. She was attentive. She answered all my questions, even when I asked them more than once for clarity. And she gave, she had no problem repeating and making sure that I had a full understanding of next steps and the process that I was going to go through. She also sent me some stuff to look at once our call was over. And the staff followed up with me.

I hope the doctor can be less booked so I could have more opportunities to set up follow up discussion with her. All in all, very lucky that she is my doctor.
