My experience with Mass Eye and Ear was tremendous. Everybody wad attentive to my needs, and the place was busy. I see Dr. Lains and she is wonderful. I have another follow-up visit with her next year. She is great.

She always listens to my concerns intently and responds until I am comfortable understanding any new changes, and whatever is expected of me for at home participation in my care. I like that she always ends our visits with "do you have any other questions for me?" It reminds me to jot down concerns - that I will have an opportunity to clarify issues at the end visit. I 'm very happy to be under her care!
