The care provider was very courteous and everything was on time and I would only say good things about the people. The issue that I have isn't really so much that, it's that I really didn't get the answers that I was looking for in terms of my current situation and how I can improve on my current situation from where I am today. That was unclear to me coming into the meeting and it was still unclear to me coming out of the meeting. And maybe that's just the way it has to be. Thanks.

Excellent care

This doctor came in the room without a greeting or introduction. At first, I didn't realize that he was the actual cardiologist because of the way he came barging in straight to the computer without a word. The doctor never even made eye contact. He rushed through the visit the entire time. After he ordered some testing, he told me to follow up with my previous cardiologist. Awful bedside manner overall.

I have great confidence in Dr. Jang...very knowledgeable and and terrific communicator of the information during my visits.

I transferred my care after a change in insurance and needed someone with expertise of my chronic condition. I was matched with this provider and felt he had a wonderful bedside manner. He listened intently, asked thoughtful questions and offered good advice when we talked about my concerns. We made a plan together that put me at ease. I could tell that he cares deeply about his patients and am grateful that I have a provider like him managing my care.

Provider really did not show much interest in me or my concerns. It appeared he would rather be doing something else and when I had a couple of questions it seemed I was keeping him from leaving the examination room. He read the numbers to me, but that probably could have been done with more care and explanation by a medical student.

I felt like the provider, the doctor, didn't really fully get it. Like, he didn't see things in my portal that I was telling him they were there, [redacted] And I was just asking him to explain or ask him a question, and I'm not sure he quite got it. [redacted] So I felt like he didn't review my record really beforehand.

Yes, every appointment or visit I've ever had with Dr. Jang has always been excellent. He listens to me, he takes good care of me, and I'm very happy with him as my cardiac physician. Thank you.

He seemed a bit impatient. Did not want to be interrupted with questions while he was talking. When I asked for additional measurements to be included in my blood test, he seemed a bit bothered by my request. He did not give me any feedback on the ECG measurements that had been taken previous to our meeting. He prescribed tests but did not explain to me the reason for the tests, particularly the nuclear stress test.

I feel genuinely fortunate to have the attention and care provided by Dr, Jang. He has been my health advisor since 2017 when I first saw him about chest discomfort which led to bypass surgery. He has been a trusted resource whenever I needed to get advice and that is a priceless gift to me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jang's for thirty years. His attention to patient care is unmatched in any health related appointment that I have ever had. That is quite a statement coming from a [redacted] year old man with heart disease, diabetes and a varied other health issues

Dr. Jang is incredibly helpful and does an in-depth examination. He inquires about my medicines, my health history, how I feel. I feel very comfortable talking to him. He's very knowledgeable about my medical history and gives me great insight on my medications and what they're for. I find him very accommodating and always helpful and spends plenty of time with me. So I highly rate him and I think he does a fantastic job.

Dr. Jang did spend all his time with utmost attention and in depth competence. He made it easy for me to understand his approach and I felt very well taken care of with a feeling of security and confidence.

I am very pleased to have Dr. Jang as my new cardiologist, we had some challenges putting together my medical history because my previous Cardiologist was at Tufts, but together we were able to assemble it.

Dr. Jang has been my "heart" doctor since 2008 when I had an arteriography type procedure, result as I understand it is some blockage controlled by medication, monitoring etc. Dr. Jang seems "rushed" during my visits, is not loquacious and I understand it is what it is. Not a lot of verbal interaction but my last takeaway was heart looks OK or something like that. In the recent past, I was seen by a Nurse Practitioner and then by the Doctor; more exchange during those visits. Now I guess it is the Doctor visit only. With my condition staying stable the plan is working.
