I-Cheng Ho, MD, PhD

Dr. Ho always makes himself available if you call the office with a problem. He also always gets your blood work results back to you good or bad. Dr. Ho also takes the time to explain the different kinds of medication that are available, how they work and how they differ. I feel very comfortable with this doctor and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great rheumatologist.

Dr. Ho spent a lot of time going over my medical chart and asking questions. He was extremely patient and understanding and really made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Ho has always listened to my issues, reacted to my problems, has had extreme knowledge regarding the disease and worked with me. He has always paid attention to how I have felt on the medications, asked me how I have felt on the medication and provided information so I can understand options. He always takes time to listen and has been there throughout the years consistently to provide medical treatment when needed. Dr. Ho treats me with importance, consideration and respect and gives me the patient credibility for being the one who knows how I feel. With many personalities in the medical field, Dr. Ho's vast knowledge is treasured but more importantly because as a patient, I feel that my knowledge of my own condition is regarded as essential to the appointments. He does not pretend to know everything. He researches, concludes, assesses, acknowledges and gives his all to his patients, and we know we need more like him to work with us as our team leaders in the most difficult times with a disease we never anticipated. It is a comfort to have Dr. Ho to rely on.

He has always provided the utmost care. I am always sure to be able to reach the doctor if I need to. I know my blood work and prescriptions are being looked after and ordered and reviewed. With an immune disorder such as mine, I have a great team of professionals working with me beginning with this provider whose knowledge has lead to my ability to walk and be mobile. When I first came down with the disease it was quite scary, but the provider being in my corner has allowed me to know functionality exists because of his hard work and attention to detail. People like Dr. Ho may be a rare find, and as a patient, I know how lucky I am to have such efficiency and expertise in one person so I can have a better quality of life that I do not take for granted. I also believe that he cares about his patients' prognosis and works very hard to achieve remission.
