Hi, it was my first time there, my first visit at Mass Eye and Ear, and my wife and I were very happy with the service and especially the nurses. I don't know if they were nurses, they went to Northeastern. I guess they're, I don't know if they're interns or what, but they're very nice, and Dr. Lee was excellent. And that's it. That's all I have to say. I had a very good experience.

Yes, I was not completely satisfied with the information they had about me and I had more questions, but to them it was irrelevant and I didn't really understand how, yeah, I had more questions to ask which weren't answered about my visit and but mostly satisfied but still left there with a lot of questions to ask and kind of confused.

[redacted] when I saw her, she was very, in fact, not very, didn't relate to me that much. She seemed like in a hurry. to go on to the next thing she had to do. And I asked for some information about kind of pump pulses and she answered it, but she didn't, it wasn't very clear. She didn't write it down or, you know, I was just supposed to pick it up quickly.

Dr. Lee was excellent with me. I can't tell you how fortunate I feel to be able to be treated by someone so competent and so nice. I can't say enough good about her. So my thanks to all staff. The other girls were all great. The people at the check room were great. And I feel blessed to have you people available for my needs.

My experience was less than satisfactory, Ms. Lee was not very informative, about the changes in my eyes, or challenges I may have in the future, due to right eye detached viscous fluid, she also, did not informed me of changes for a new eyeglass prescription, that have changed from last year exam, I only found out by her referral to Dr. [redacted] the Rhina specialist, at my appointment today, that I needed a new prescription for eyeglasses.

Dr. Lee is clearly very knowledgeable in her field. She also noticed something about my optic nerve, which could be related to glaucoma that other people hadn't picked up, and I was impressed with that. She listened to me intently, and asked my permission to use an Ai app to better summarize our talk. Dr Lee was the utmost professional that I had seen so far with my eye issues. I originally went to MEEI for a second opinion relative to an upcoming corneal surgery. I was really surprised to know that I did not need it on my left eye but did need a partial on my right side. She was totally open regarding the issue and I requested her to do the other eye.

Nothing else to say the visit was good

As my second time with this doctor, she gave me the results of my tests, discussed what they meant, and told me what I needed to know for ongoing check-ins quickly and thoroughly. My former provider spent a bit more time going through the results in detail, but in a case where things have been stable with no major change or complications, I'm not too bothered by a quicker meeting.

Mass Eye is the best! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Everyone is knowledgeable and caring!
