My visit went very well and the provider was very thorough.

This was my first office visit with the provider, and i found him very business-like, and seemingly inpatient with me. There is no question, that he was very skilled, and knowledgeable.

I found this doctor to be highly competent, very intelligent, and respectful, and everything about the visit was positive. However, the healthcare system in general is just so inhumanized. He says, you don't feel, you just feel like a number. It felt like I came in quickly, was asked a bunch of questions quickly, and then thank you very much, and I could go. And that has nothing to do with the doctor. I think the doctor was a terrific person. I really liked him. But the system is such that I don't feel connected enough, if that's the correct term, to my medical practitioners and to the practice in general. I don't think they really know me as a person, which I think is not beneficial to my overall healthcare. Nobody does anything wrong, but it's just impersonal. I don't know why that is. Thank you.

In the short time alloted, all my questions were addressed.

This was my first meeting with Dr Farah for a blood pressure check and I was very impressed with his knowledge of my history. For example, he had reviewed the reports from my lung surgery 3 yrs ago, and had examined the CT scans I have had pursuant to that surgery. He was also very thorough in his questioning of my routine activities. I feel very confident in having Dr Farah as my cardiologist. Thank-you.

I find Dr Farah to be fully aware of my history and his suggestions to better my heart health. He listens to me and gives me ways to stay healthy. I'm very happy with how he cares for me.

Professional, putting me on medication to control my blood pressure.

It was my first time seeing him but so far, he's outstanding. Very kind, professional, he could keep up and seems intelligent. He made me feel safe and well cared for.

I was seen promptly. The doctor was familiar with my record, when asked pertinent questions, had answers to my questions and did not seem rushed.

Provider told me that I should double up on a specific drug, but did not explain why. Provider said that I needed bloodwork and did not explain why provider also told me that he wanted me to have an echo procedure and did not explain why. [redacted]

The doctor I saw did not listen to me. He did not explain what my cholesterol numbers were. When I asked, he said they're high. That's not a number. He didn't believe that I had POTs and kept asking me if I had witnesses when I passed out. And he didn't listen to any of my input, [redacted]

I just feel that he could have been more questioning, more questioned me further about my concerns. I feel my concerns are kind of nebulous and I don't know what to make of them. And I thought he could have proved me further to give me suggestions of how to approach my concerns and maybe how to explain them better next time, what kind of information he needs. So that part of it was a little lacking. I feel a little bit on my own in terms of figuring out whether any of my concerns are to be concerned about, basically. Okay, thank you.

Very timely and professional

He was great this was my first visit with him. I love going to the Pease Tradeport location this was my 2nd time going there first was urgent care and this time cardiology. No waiting in and out would definitely recommend WDH/Mass Gen at Pease Tradeport location to all my friends and family

I really, I didn't think my provider had very much to say about my condition or how I should be acting or feel or if I should avoid doing certain things, eating certain things, nothing. I mean, it's just checked my blood pressure to see how that was and that's all it seems that needed to be done. I don't know. It wasn't very thorough, I don't think. That's it.

I've been seeing Dr Husam for many years now. And I think he is a very good doctor and I would recommend my family if they looked up here to go see him if they need him to see a cardiologist. I'm comfortable and I will not find anyone else.

My husband and I have recently changed our cardiologist to Mass General Brigham. We have only seen Dr. Farrah twice. So far we are very pleased with our decision to change our cardiologist.

Listen more to my trying to communicate about my everyday life style, this way he could formulate his diagnosis on both medical tests and my lifestyle. To put it short, I live a rugged life style on a large piece of land. I take down trees, cut wood, lift heavy logs, and split and stack wood as one of many outdoor activities.
