The medical professional is excellent, and his kindness is very important to me because I can communicate in my own language. He takes the necessary time to explain the treatment plan. He has been very effective in all the treatments I've needed. He demonstrates great concern for his patients.

After breastfeeding my baby for 6 months, I stopped in anticipation of returning to work and not wanting to pump at work. Dr. Hong Chen Cheung was adamant that I should continue breastfeeding even after I explained to her my rationale several times. She said multiple times that breastfeeding was better for me and my baby and that even if I didn't want to pump at work I should still breastfeed at night. She was insistent and would not stop. I found her comments to be highly inappropriate. I felt uncomfortable and shamed.

Dr. Cheung always exceeds my expectations every visit. She carefully listens to what I have to say and tries to help me in the best way possible. I never leave her office with any questions because she answers them. I also appreciate her timely manner to follow up on X-rays and lab results.
