Dr Kunitake is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She is thorough in explaining the medical aspects of a procedure without condescension. She anticipates issues and raises concerns with delicacy. I very much appreciate having had her as my surgeon.

I love Dr Kunitake. She listens to everything that I have to say, she makes decisions based on what I'm telling her is my current experience with my health. She makes me feel comfortable and confident that she knows how to treat my ailment and makes decions by involving me and explaining everything to me in detail and always appreciates the questions that I have and answers them at length. I would recommend her to anybody and everybody. She is wonderful.

She also explained using film taken of my abdomen. She clearly was familiar with my records. Dr. Kunitake answered all my questions and gave me additional information about my condition. To my astonishment, she followed up a few days later via email with an appointment for a future virtual visit, which will occur after my appointment with my PCP. I feel that I can trust her judgment and compassion to help me make the best decision for my health.

I was extremely pleased with the care I received from Dr. Kunitake. When checking in with me while I was in the hospital following my surgery, she treated me with confidence and compassion.
