He speaks very quickly and is very technical ....most patients would not understand what he's talking about...he's very rushed and didn't really listen to me the first time I saw him several weeks ago

What a wonderful experience! EVERYBODY in the office was amazing. They were all smiling, all helpful and all cheery. I felt they all loved the people and atmosphere where they worked. That's hard to find! I made sure I let them all know that and thanked them. Aside from that, Dr Sroussi was down to earth and personable, and best of all, finally got me on the road to recovery after two years of suffering. I am so grateful!

Dr. Sroussi always provides additional important information about my condition and steps forward to control the issue. I feel completely confident in his care.

I discovered the reason people always say..."Don't take their word for it. Go into Boston," I've been suffering with real discomfort for over four months. I've seen so many doctors with no success. Dr. Sroussi gave me answers in minutes! However, I got an appointment very quickly because of a cancellation at the right time for me.

The care provided from this visit was outstanding. I have been trying to locate someone who knows the circumstances and ability to help me for which I needed treatment and that was provided during this visit.

Friendly and professional and thorough

Dr. Sroussi was very helpful explaining my symptoms. No other doctor I have seen, and I have seen many, were able to give me an explanation of my symptoms.

Dr. Herve Sroussi provided exceptional care. He listened carefully, explained what I was experiencing, gave me follow-up options should I choose, and was also very personable and took the time to ask my husband and myself questions about us - he is clearly interested getting to know a bit about his patients beyond just talking about the medical reason for the visit. Just exceptional in these times when doctors are often clearly in a rush to move onto the next patient.

My experience(s) at Brigham Oral Medicine have been nothing but positive. I left MGH OMF because I didn't like the way I was treated either by the office staff or the physician I was seeing. After 50+ years as an employee of the MGH it was a BIG deal for me to go to the BWH but it was absolutely the right move. I couldn't praise Dr. Sroussi enough. He is a wonderful physician.

He was absolutely fabulous! He was in the room while I came! He was so friendly, caring, helpful, informative, patient, he did a wonderful exam, answered all my questions, and asked me about what was the matter and listen to it. I came out of that appointment. My first one with him feeling so light and relieved. He gave me a plan to manage my problem and is seeing me in 3 months for a follow-up.
