The visit was a very routine check of my skin by both the student intern and the doc. Neither found any problems

A little rushed; I was a little unsure about how to apply the prescription cream and if a follow up appointment was necessary.

My appointment planned for me to visit with Drs. Tsao a [redacted], which did occur. They were both absolutely outstanding, and they made an appointment that was both unexpected and stressful to find out I needed just four days prior much less worrisome almost immediately. They were both excellent communicators re: what my diagnosis is, the remedy, and the long term prognosis and steps to follow. I feel blessed to have access to such care and caregivers.

I was notified prior to the appt that a resident would be the practitioner under the supervision of the Dr. I appreciated this prior notification. The resident was great and I understood how he checked in with the Dr. This was a new process for me but was handled well. I also asked a follow up question via the portal to the Dr. and it was answered quickly.

During my dermatology examination, Dr. Hensin Tsao and his team exhibited remarkable preparation. Their inquiries demonstrated a meticulous review of my medical history, chart, previous and recent test results, and personal, medical, and family history. Dr. Tsao conducted a comprehensive examination and patiently and attentively explained his preliminary findings, addressing my questions and providing comprehensive responses. Furthermore, he prompted follow-up inquiries to ensure my thorough understanding. Despite the high patient volume in the unit, Dr. Tsao and his team maintained a composed and professional demeanor throughout my visit.

An insect" in" my leg was noted, immediately removed and I was placed an antibiotic as a precaution.

He explained a lot of things to me that information I would never get from a lot of doctors in the past and I appreciated that.
