Dr. Nieder is a welcome relief. Like no other provider to date, he took the time and really listened with concern, recognized my health risk and spent time searching for proper medication, scheduled a follow-up and put me on a recovery path. I had been put on a 5 day course of prednisone and doxycycline which had both run out before any improvement so I returned knowing my body had never fought respiratory illness without continued medication. The albuteral inhaler prescribed alone proved no help and within two days my fever became an issue so I returned. Dr. Nieder recognized the need for a diminishing seven course of prednisone, searched for a more aggressive inhaler with the proper ingredients and calmed the incessant coughing with cough syrup to be taken at night. I don't really ever recall being as sick as I was, unable to take a good breath without coughing, ribs too sore to cough, unable to sleep, head pounding, lungs and sinuses full of mucus, etc. He suggested that my medical record make note of this potential respiratory weakness and noted prescriptive solutions so I get the help my body needs to recover should I ever get sick again and need help. Thank you Dr. Nieder for all you did for me.

I never felt rushed. I was able to ask questions and was allowed to mention other problems or concerns I had. I feel comfortable with the treatment that was recommended.

Dr Nieder is clearly an experienced expert in family medicine who treated the whole family vs. just the patient. A very pleasant experience. Much appreciated.

I had never seen Dr. Nieder before, but he spent a lot of time listening to my concern about peeling hands. He called me at home after the appointment to tell me he had done more research and made recommendations.

Dr. Nieder was open and honest with me. I tried the medication that he prescribed and took it for three days, but it caused such a severe metal taste and nausea that I had to stop. But he told me in advance exactly what it would be like, and I appreciate that very much. So, I thank you, Dr. Nieder, for your openness.
