Great experience and very pleased with the care I received

Dr. Borgstrom is excellent. I have seen her twice. She is kind, caring and very knowledgable and an expert at diagnosing.

Dr. Borgstrom is one of the best doctors I've ever had! She's an excellent diagnostician, orthopedist and physiatrist. I have seen her for knee issues but this time for chronic and complex shoulder issues. Her exam was thorough and definitive. She's an excellent diagnostician and so understanding...her stated purpose to help me return to swimming in time. I've never said this before about any medical professional... but she is sincerely loving. She ordered an MRI that had been denied me recently at Faulkner orthopedics. The results will greatly help remediation! I cannot express my gratitude more!

This is my second time seeing Dr. Borgstrom. The first time for a torn muscle this time for a shoulder injury. Dr. Borgstrom's personal communication skills along with her excellent diagnostic skill make me feel very cared for. She is very thorough in her examination, explains things in a very understandable way and provides time for me to ask questions. Her investigation into the issue is thoughtful. Scheduling for x ray and MRI were efficient. all the staff were extremely professional and friendly.

I have the utmost respect for Dr. Borgstrom and have an extremely positive relationship with her over a number of issues. She has helped me considerably. I have, again, the utmost trust and respect for what she does. Thank you.

I was so happy to meet and speak with Dr. Borgstrom. She really listened to what was going on with me and was able to provide some tweaks for my current exercise routine as well as give me some new exercises. We also talked about a therapy that I had been unaware of that is covered by insurance, which is great. I am really looking forward to seeing her again for my first therapy session. She was a great listener and I feel like I am in fantastic hands with her and with everybody in the mass general sports medicine office.

Dr Borgstrom is thorough in her evaluations. She does a great job in explaining my condition in a manner that is clear and detailed. She presents a clear plan of action and next steps so I'm not left uncertain of what happens next. Nothing falls through the cracks with her. She read through my chart prior to our visit, knew other tests I had done. This is the way it should be. I've seen her for my two different orthopedic/neuromuscular conditions. I don't trust my orthopedic conditions with any other specialist. She cares about me.

Dr Borgstrom is one of the best physicians that I have seen. Being a sports medicine practitioner, her focus is getting you back to whatever level of activity you were at before an injury or onset of a condition. She also looks at how the various parts of the body relate to others for the best overall recovery. I particularly appreciate the way that she explains x-rays and MRIs so that I can understand what is happening. She is very easy to talk to and is glad to discuss your questions, fears and goals. She has helped me with my hip, knee, elbow and back.

I was very, very impressed with Dr. Borgstrom. She had spoken to my primary care doctor, [redacted] a couple of times before my visit. She had thoroughly reviewed my 2 MRIs, my CT scan and the x-ray of my hip beforehand as well as showing the films to me. She thoroughly examined me before giving me a diagnosis. She explained in detail what was going on with me, suggested PT which I have already arranged and answered all my questions. I received excellent care from her. I would highly recommend her.

Please fight against insurances and lobbies. The cost for heath is too prohibitive. The doctor suggested and MRI but I cannot afford it.
