I was very informed regarding having back surgery in March and doctor answered all my questions and concerns. Also, spend time during my appointment and did not rush me.

I'm glad I came to see Dr. Zaidi, after feeling apprehensive about getting a third opinion. It seemed like it would be searching for the proverbial needle in a haystack, but I was wrong. I got clear and convincing answers about my real condition, and the solution couldn't be clearer, now. I'm going to focus on those solutions and give it my best to heal myself the best that I can, before something else goes wrong. Although he was late to my appointment, there was this young lady who went over my MRI and findings with me, in detail. Including the recommended treatment, prior to seeing the good doctor. I told her I was quite impressed with her knowledge and awareness of my situation as she was leaving. I feel as though I could have left with the knowledge she had given, without actually seeing the doctor, now that it's done. Although he did give some good advice that made me feel worlds better about my condition. Thank you Dr. Zaidi and your staff for seeing me.

We had a Zoom appointment scheduled and he called my cell phone three hours prior. We had never met before. He was thoughtful and explained his decisions well in a way that was easy to understand and accept. However, because of the unexpected call I felt rushed and didn't ask all of my questions. It lasted eight minutes.

I noticed on my chart records an error. I had a scoliosis X-ray & noticed it had been assigned with the wrong provider. It was another Dr Zaidi.

He was very informative & answered clearly my questions and didn't rush me. Advised me well.

I've been seeing spinal neurosurgeons for my whole life. In 33 years, I started at one years old, and a doctor's AD is easily the best neurosurgeon I've seen. Takes time to explain himself, takes time to explain to me my condition better, and just an overall great provider.

I would highly recommend Dr.Zaidi to anyone.He put completely at ease about the surgery I may be having,he spent slot of time going over the risks of the surgery and the risks of something catastrophic happening just in my everyday life.I didn't feel my pressure at all by Dr.Zaidi to go ahead with the surgery.

I had a good experience with the doctor but I needed more answers. I wanted to know. I was looking for something else he could do for me because he couldn't do the operation I wanted on my back and he couldn't help me with anything else after that. We were asking for what else we what else could we do you know to help me get out of pain and he didn't have no answers. He says nothing. I asked about a smaller operation and I'm thinking about coming back and talking to him because I'm thinking about getting a smaller operation but he didn't seem like he wanted me to do anything else. He didn't want me to have an operation at all. That stuff so that's so for that that was like so bad for me.
