Long time GP. Knows me very well. Responds to requests promptly, even while traveling through the Mass General Brigham app.

Mine was a telephone visit. Because of an injury, I could not travel. under the circumstances, this was a good way to have an appointment.

Dr. Muellner is excellent and the appointment went very well. The only glitch was the Zoom was not working properly, so we ended up doing a phone telehealth appointment. The only mild complaint I have is that sometimes the appointments feel rushed and the clinical notes sometimes need to be revised because they are incorrect. Otherwise, I absolutely love Dr. Muellner

It took over four months to get an appointment with this provider, my new PC; however, it was worth the wait: the doctor showed he cared about my health, he listened, was thorough, and showed a real humanistic side of himself.

He seems truly locked in with me during the visit, he is NOT one of those Hand On The Doorknob Dr's, I never feel rushed or unheard. If I have a question that doesn't have an answer at his fingertips, he gets back to me promptly, which I much appreciate, I'm never just left hanging and I never have to chase him down. [redacted] At my age, [redacted], I appreciate a place to go for help where I'm confident he will provide it and I don't have to rehash my entire issue, from the start, all over again, with a stranger whom I'm just a number to. As always, when you come in, the receptionist are always very pleasant. The nurses are always pleasant and listen to what you have to say and the doctor goes over everything that is going on and listens to my questions and answers them. I would recommend this office to anybody.

Dr. Muellner is a very kind, compassionate, caring doctor. He listens to his patients well, for me anyways, and he shows that he generally cares for the people that he sees. Excellent follow-up; Dr. Muellner called on the weekend after my bladder ultrasound test, to help me plan for next steps.

I was able to be seen same day for an acute problem. Imaging ordered and performed the next day. I received a follow up results call within 24 hrs.
