It's extremely rare to find a doctor that knows your history before he/she walks into the room. Dr Ibrahim remembered me and it's been years. He definitely looked at my chart before the appt and he listened to me! He also helped me understand my situation and things to look for if it worsened and also an additional test to do if i experienced added symptoms. Very professional and knowledgeable. He also has such a calm demeanor which is wonderful. You are in such great hands if you are lucky enough to get on his patient list!

Dr Ibrahim is a wonderful doctor and a very nice man who listens to me and explains everything very well and I am grateful to have him taking care of me. I had an additional question that he took seriously and treated me with knowledge care and kindness.

We went to Plymouth ENT first because they had a sooner appointment and I felt he hardly assessed my son at Plymouth ENT. Having a problem with my ears, not being able to hear, needed to speak just a tiny bit more about, I'm elderly, about how I am feeling. And I think the doctor is very patient. I really do. He's excellent. But I really think he should have dealt more with my anxieties about not hearing, but I didn't know how to explain it in the right language. I just, it's difficult. And I know there's a time limit. That's all. That's it.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ibrahim. He took the time to explain everything step of my neck biopsy clearly, and answered all of my questions without rushing. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time. His patient demeanor made what could have been an unsettling appointment much less stressful. Experience was excellent! From the time of arrival to the time of leaving, everyone was very pleasant and professional. My mother was in for yearly exam with a hearing test. We arrived 15 minutes early and had only been sitting in the waiting room, about 3 minutes, when she was taken for her exam, followed by hearing test. Everything was explained very clear and pleasantly. Thoroughly happy with our visit!

He came into the visit with a carefully drawn diagram of the three nodes (incidentally) found on my CAT Scan & Ultrasound and painstakingly explained the low likelihood of malignancy in a way that was not only informative but immediately reassuring. He answered every one of my questions and confronted my anxieties with calm and consideration. I feel immensely better off for being under his care.
