Excellent doctor! Would recommend.

Over the past 3-4 years, I have seen several Dr.'s about the same problem. Most didn't listen and/or only told me what it isn't but didn't bother to find out what it is. Dr. Ibrahim not only listened, he gave me a thorough exam and took the time to explain things to me. I also found and another issue that my or may not be the cause of my chief complaint and put me on a treatment program for the next 6 months. He also ordered a neck MRI since the result of numerous previous ultrasounds varied. He also told me to call his office as soon as I get the results of my MRI so that he can discuss it with me and answer any questions I may have. I'm waiting for South Shore Medical Center to get back to me to schedule the MRI. At one point during the appointment, I literally started to cry and thank him profusely for actually listening and for wanting to help me figure out why I've been having this pain in my neck and throat for several years.

Dr. Ibrahim is a wonderful doctor and his team in the office are so professional and courteous, going out of their way to help make appointments that meet your needs.

It's extremely rare to find a doctor that knows your history before he/she walks into the room. Dr Ibrahim remembered me and it's been years. He definitely looked at my chart before the appt and he listened to me! We went to Plymouth ENT first because they had a sooner appointment and I felt he hardly assessed my son at Plymouth ENT. Having a problem with my ears, not being able to hear, needed to speak just a tiny bit more about, I'm elderly, about how I am feeling. And I think the doctor is very patient. I really do. He's excellent. But I really think he should have dealt more with my anxieties about not hearing, but I didn't know how to explain it in the right language. I just, it's difficult. And I know there's a time limit. That's all. That's it.

He made sure I was comfortable the entire time. His patient demeanor made what could have been an unsettling appointment much less stressful. Experience was excellent! From the time of arrival to the time of leaving, everyone was very pleasant and professional. My mother was in for yearly exam with a hearing test. We arrived 15 minutes early and had only been sitting in the waiting room, about 3 minutes, when she was taken for her exam, followed by hearing test. He came into the visit with a carefully drawn diagram of the three nodes (incidentally) found on my CAT Scan & Ultrasound and painstakingly explained the low likelihood of malignancy in a way that was not only informative but immediately reassuring.
