One of the most pleasant medical visits I have had. From start to finish, including receptionists, medical assistant, physician, and audiologist, the entire staff was kind, welcoming, and shared just the right amount of information. I just gave top marks across the board in this survey. I never do this because I feel there is always room for improvement but in this case, I cannot think of one thing that could have been done better. It was the best visit I have had with any medical professional this year! You didn't ask, but I want to say that Dr. Ota knows his craft very well, quickly ascertained and corrected the issue in a way that displayed competence, confidence, and respect all at once. It was an intractable problem, that puzzled all of us, but he quickly isolated the issue. I am very impressed.

I had an appointment with Dr. Ota and I had the time wrong. I arrived about 40 minutes late and they were so great in the office. They got me in without having to wait hardly at all. Ever won in the office is very nice.

My visit with Dr. Ota had me feeling confident that he will be able to help me with my health concern. It seemed that he is very experienced and was also patient with my anxiety about one of the procedures.

I can see why Dr. Ota was highly regarded by the resident I saw at Mass Eye & Ear ER. Not only is he knowledgeable and kind, but he is a gifted educator. Being his patient, he took the time to educate me on my condition. Even though there wasn't an immediate way to resolve my issue, we have some strategies and I have clarity on something that has been baffling me for a long time. It is rare to find a gifted doctor who is also incredibly respectful and kind. Please take good care of Dr. Ota, he is a treasure!
