Excellent visit

I was scheduled for an in person visit, but had a tire blow out, called the office to say I couldn't get there for my appointment. The office staff talked with Dr. Crevensten and were able to change the visit to virtual. As a result, I was able to discuss a new and important issue with here and get direction on next steps to talk. Great work by the office staff and I appreciate the flexibility of Dr. Crevensten.

It was fine having a medical student meet with me before I saw the doctor. That is how they learn. However I would propose that the doctor be present while the medical student is doing their initial evaluation so the doctor can see how they interact and manage the discussion. There was nothing wrong with my appointment, I am just thinking what would be best for the learning process

I always had/have an excellent experience with this provider. She is very caring, she listens my health problems and trying to easy my worrying about health concerns.

She listens to what I say or ask and responds with clarity and insight. In addition, I was also quite impressed by the 4th-year medical student whom Dr. C. is mentoring. My thoroughgoing discussion with her prior to being seen by Dr. C. was also pleasant and productive. Clearly, this future doctor is receiving valuable guidance and instruction under Dr. C.'s tutelage. Between the two of them, I felt that all my concerns were well-addressed.

I'm very happy with my provider. She had reviewed my chart, asked appropriate follow up questions, listened carefully to what I said and answered questions I had. The office staff are friendly and efficient. The pleasant and efficient phlebotomist did as close to painless a blood draw as I have ever had. Both receptionist and patient care assistant were pleasant and professional. Best of all, I was seen at my scheduled appointment time - no waiting. When labs were reported out, I received a letter from my provider with results and comments. I have seen this provider and the practice for several years and they are consistently excellent.

Dr. Crevensten is an excellent physician, she listens, she cares, she is helpful and she is very nice. On the other hand, the receptionists and the nurse are between unfriendly to hostile. The doctor and the nurse are completely different worlds.

Yes, Dr. Creviensten she is very thorough in going over my medications I take, checking how I feel, looking at me, observing any things I may have. And I feel, I guess I could say I feel safe by periodically getting checked by her and she's concerned about doing some blood work in the future and doing some tests later on in September. And I'm very thankful I got her as my pediatrician, my doctor.
