Yes, I was very pleased with Dr. Randolph. I was very pleased with the team that I met with. Technology exists so that providers do not need to have their backs turned while entering data into the EHR. This would help the patient experience.

Dr. Randolph has a very busy practice and yet, I was seen the next day after I called. I appreciated this very much. [redacted] (the Fellow) spent quality time scoping my throat, and working to get pertinent history. He provided, safe, effective and thoughtful care. Dr. Randolph's arrival into my appointment to explain the need for further imaging, was difficult for my husband and me to hear. Suffice it to say, we understand, but are frustrated by the lengthy, sometimes repetitive, and costly (time, quality of life and money) process to address an issue that is likely needing surgical intervention. The doctor is personable, attentive to my needs and a nice man. I appreciate him and respect his opinions. Since I am only in a "watch" mode for thyroid nodules, it is a t a quick appt, so I don't have any more commentary to offer.

The fellow who saw me (don't recall his name) was very informative. Dr. Randolph knew everything about my case and had to re-explain something once. There's a typo in the information sheet in RFA, 6th bullet point.

Dr.Randolph is always kind and friendly. He always makes sure that all of your questions are concerns are answered and taken care of. You never leave him doubting or not being sure about anything.Dr.Randolph always makes sure that if you have any concerns or questions at any time make sure that you call him and they will be taken care of. I have the greatest respect and love of Dr. Randolph.

It was my first visit and I was very surprised the MD didn't have any info on me other than a referral. No biopsy information or history of my case. On my next visit I will carry with me all the medical reports.

This was my first time at MEEI and, as an international patient, overall I was impressed with the care of the team. [redacted] Dr Randolph and his team were exceptional and, so far, Im glad to have chosen MEEI. I am awaiting my procedure but had a good initial experience.

I very much appreciate Dr. Randolph, Dr. [redacted] and the other doctors taking the time to review my medical history around my cancer and meeting with me and my family to see if there might be alternative treatment(s) besides surgery. They were thoughtful in answering our questions and providing reasons for possible results of each of the options. They also took the time to answer all of the questions we poised.

I had hoped to be able to ask Dr Randolph questions specific to IF I opted for thyroid removal, [redacted] but I wasn't afforded the opportunity. The 3 times I politely asked to speak to clear up how long I've been on anti thyroid meds, [redacted] I was told "You're here to listen to me, right?". I left very discouraged and not as informed as I had hoped. [redacted]

I've been there 3 times. The wait is always long. This one was 45 mins. The one before that was well over an hour. Other than the wait, he's a good doctor.

Words cannot express the gratitude and confidence I have that I am in the best possible care.

Every single aspect of the experience reinforces the certainty of confidence that I have that this is the right team for me to be so fortunate, to be so blessed, to be able to say is my surgical team for my advanced thyroid cancer.

I found Dr. Gregory Randolph to be a very good listener, caring, concerning about problems that I may have and any intrepidation about upcoming surgery. He has a great bedside manner and just made me feel at ease and took a lot of the worry off my shoulders. And the gentleman that he had with him was an intern, I believe, a Dr. [redacted]. He was absolutely terrific. So my experience was great. It was a little bit of a wait, but then I got to spend as much time as I needed with Dr. Randolph. So it was all very good. Thank you.

Caring and always follows up answers all questions

The Doctor kept looking at my husband instead of me when he was talking and I had to ask him to please talk to me. He wouldn't let me ask questions while he was talking and I have memory loss so I had to wait for him to tell me about 5 times the same thing. He was abrupt.

I am very grateful that Dr. Randolph is one of my primary providers, for 7 years now.

Dr. Randolph is obviously in high demand - easy to understand this given his superb knowledge and ability to explain things. However this high level of demand creates very long wait times at least on the day of my appointment.

Each time I had to visit this provider, I had to wait for more than an hour, for like five minutes visit. Each visit, it didn't take more than five minutes or like seven minutes, but I had to wait like, you know, more than an hour to see him. So if that can be eliminated and can be made shorter, that would have been helpful. For someone who comes from long distance, like, you know, two hours wait is a long time. I appreciate that.
