He was a new provider to the doctor's office. 100% accurate, went above and beyond, took in a lot of information. We need more doctors like this one.

This was an urgent care appointment and I saw a doctor in the practice I had not seen before. He came into the appointment fully prepared and it was a great experience (other than being sick). This is consistent with every visit to High St Charlestown for over 15 years.

Dr. Yungtum is great

He was very thorough. He spent a lot of time and he also answered every question that I asked him.

I am very happy, that Dr. Yungtum was able to take me on as a patient? I feel comfortable talking to him about my health issues and he seems to be very concerned about helping me to do all that is needed to help me remain healthy. He suggested that I have a Colonoscopy, which was done at the Danvers MGH facility and thank God, that I took his advice. I am very grateful to have him as my P.C.P

I had a very good experience there. The doctor was very professional, explained everything to me, so I had no problems whatsoever. I would go back there immediately if I had any issues. It was a great experience. I love it over there in Chelsea.

I appreciated the fact that as a resident of Charlestown, that I was welcomed back to the clinic, given it had been several years since I'd been for a checkup. So the accommodation was respected and appreciated. I enjoyed meeting a new general practitioner. He was very friendly and welcoming and curious and asked great questions, made me feel very comfortable. And I appreciate the environment very much.

I thought Dr. Gregory Yungtum, is that how it's pronounced? Who was efficient, very professional, very courteous to, you know, the reason I was there, you know, like, you know, it was an embarrassing thing to me. She was very good, excellent doctor. I got everything explained to me the way I needed, you know, If I had a question, there was no dumb question in the room. He's a good doctor. He's a great doctor. I only rated eight on primary care because he's not my primary care. I'm sure he would be a 10 if he was. So thank you very much. Time's up. Time's up.
