I am grateful to have Dr. Imbrie and his team as my cardiology support. I am not shy about asking questions about my care and appreciate when the time is taken to respond.

First visit with Dr. Imbrie. I felt very comfortable talking with him. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything so we could understand. He listened carefully to our questions and concerns. I feel extremely fortunate to have him on my care team.

Things were explained to me so much better than being with Maine health, where I was not getting my answers

Dr. Imbrie took the time to locate additional information regarding prescription options available to me and provided me with a clear explanation.

While Dr. Imbrie was somewhat personable, he contradicted information that my regular cardiologist (who I trust more than almost any other doctor I've ever seen) has explained to me, which made me hesitant. Then he basically said that the test he would do would prove that I didn't have a condition that several other doctors believe I may have the early stages of, so right from the beginning he was more or less dismissing mine and my doctors' concerns and saying I didn't have something without having even done the test yet. And then when he was explaining how the test was administered, he was making decisions that concerned me, and did not make me feel comfortable having him do the test. He's probably a great doctor for other people with other conditions, but he was not a good fit for me.

Dr explained my scan results very clear and the follow up was established for into a 2 year exam. Dr explained any symptoms that I may have to which a follow-up would be sooner.

All was very good, as noted above, except the doctor seemed a bit rushed. He didn't spend as much time with discussion around my lifestyle factors that may or may not be related to my health, and specifically my heart condition.

Dr. Imbri is acdoctor that is well prepared for my appointment. He knows what has been going on since our last appointment and why I'm there. We discuss why I reached out, and what I was hoping to resolve. After some discussion he increased one medication for a week and added another. A blood test in a week. I'm to resume the regular dosage of the one one medication and continue with the new one.

I like his demeanor and the straightforwardness as it relates to details about your health. I am glad I have Dr. Imbrie as my cardiologist.

Dr Imbrie has always listened, explained and understood what my concerns are. I felt bad because when I went into the office and saw the sign saying he was behind. It can be viewed as negative. Sometimes us older people need time to understand or need something unexpected. Why else would a doctor run behind, other than caring for their patients? It's not like they're playing cards! I'm sure if you were the patient, you'd want to be treated like that.
