The office was having some issues with the phone lines being down and could not receive calls for a couple of days. The reception area was especially sensative to everyone for this issue. They handled each complaint with tact and were as courteous as possible to everyone affected. They managed to rotate the patients in an orderly manner and made issues almost seamless in the process. That allowed the rest of the staff to provide services without huge wait times. The process from getting pre-examined to having images taken was just as smooth and the nurses were just as efficient and sensitive to all of us.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Armstrong and he seemed knowledgeable but also kind and patient. He did not seem harried and did listen to me and answered our questions.

I seen a few providers during my visit. The first provider that check my eyes and referred me for testing was excellent and very knowledgeable. The second provider who was a med student and did all the testing of my eye measurements was also very knowledgeable and helpful and all three of them provided exceptional customer service. I give each one that I seen that day a 10 plus and they will some day be great doctors.

So O went for a retina exam but I wasn't told to go with some company for driving back home. The drops that they used blurred my vision the rest of the day, so I lost a day of work ! Very dangerous and any formative !

First time seeing Dr Armstrong, have a unique issue and would not let him put dilation drops in eye, he understood and performed all he could without drops.Answered all my questions and said if I needed to I could see him if an emergency came up. Dr Armstrong is very calm, caring and knowledgeable. He quickly put me at ease. He spent time reviewing my medical history, family medical history and discussing the physical findings of my eye exam. He explained all lens options. He provided printed material as well. I never felt rushed. He explained that after my cataract surgery I would be able to reach him directly with any questions or concerns. I am still telling people that I was in a large hospital but the office, the personnel and the doctor made it feel personal like a small practice setting.

I saw Dr Armstrong for the first time after being treated by Dr [redacted] He was familiar with my case and offered possible causes for the issue. He examined my eye carefully, and viewed images. He ordered blood work. He contacted Dr. [redacted] for her input regarding treatment. I will be following up with Dr. [redacted] I feel that Dr. Armstrong was knowledgeable, compassionate, and motivated to help with my treatment. I would highly recommend him as a physician.
