The care provider made me feel safe.she listen to my question and provided clear responses.

The provider explained everything in a clear manner that was easy to understand and also elaborated on different aspects to inform me of different options. The provider put me at ease and quickly allowed me to feel comfortable, respected and important. They answered all of my questions and did not rush me to make any decision.

I thought she was very knowledgeable and empathetic.

Dr. Namazi (as well as nurse [redacted] and also both [redacted] and [redacted]) have been kind, caring, thorough, and attentive to this patient's changing needs and circumstances. We have been very comfortable with their trauma-informed, culturally competent approach to caring for women. Dr. Namazi is of course extremely intelligent and confident in her knowledge/expertise, but she also takes the time to clearly explain everything and answer questions in a very human, patient, down-to-earth, non-condescending way. She takes her work seriously and wants patients to be as comfortable as possible with their decisions. Plus she can be funny, which certainly helped put this nervous patient at ease. :)

I had an exceptional experience with this Dr. Golnaz Namazi from start to finish. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely compassionate, taking the time to listen carefully and address all of my concerns without ever making me feel rushed. Dr. Namazi's expertise and clarity stood out immediately - everything was explained thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand, which gave me complete confidence in the care I was receiving. The visit was efficient yet thorough, and I left feeling reassured, informed, and truly cared for. It is rare to find a doctor who combines such a high level of medical knowledge with warmth and empathy. I am extremely grateful for the care I received and would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Namazi to anyone seeking outstanding medical treatment.

Dr. Namazi is fantastic. She was extremely validating and never interrupted me. She was the first doctor I ever had who assured me if it was not the diagnosis they thought, they would not give up to address my pain.

overall good and I really appreciate their efforts to fit me in for an early procedural follow up. I just wished that I had known it was going to be at Faulkner instead of the main hospital because I might not have taken the appointment.

Dr. Namazi is beyond educated in her field. After being wrongfully diagnosed and treated, she was able to correctly diagnose me. She took the time to explain the diagnosis and show me how she certain on it. Given the opportunity to see and understand is so much better then just being told.

Dr. Namazi was so knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, and understanding of my condition. She had answered all my concerns and questions so carefully and detailed. I really appreciated the visual diagrams and explanations it helped me better understand my condition and the procedure most suited for me. She was very honest with her availability and provided great tips and advice on how to manage and post recovery of propespected procedure. I felt so reassured and supported. I look forward to scheduling my procedure with Dr. Namazi as I know I am in good hands.

Dr. Namazi was super validating, very compassionate and empathetic to my experience. I have seen two other providers at Brigham who I did not feel was up to this standard. She really validated all of my symptoms and all of the concerns that I had. She made sure to really address them thoroughly and with a ton of research and education. I definitely feel very seen and heard by Dr. Namazi and I think all other providers at the Brigham who are working with women with infertility and severe endometriosis should be up to the standards that Dr. Namazi set. on that call. I feel like this is the care that everyone deserves and I'm grateful for the opportunity to see her.

She answered all my questions that I had and made everything very clear and therefore I feel very confident that I have the right doctor going into this hysterectomy coming up and understand the two procedures that she wants done prior to the hysterectomy.
