Okay, I haven't seen Dr. Allison for quite a while and I'm very, very, very happy with him. Every time I got a problem, he tries to, you know, he solves it for me and he always watch out for me. And we got a good relationship as a patient and a doctor. We get a, I listen to him and he listen to me when I got anything you know. And we work very, very, very good. So, and I hope I can keep him, you know, for the rest of my life. So, because we getting along, we understand each other. And that's what I got to say about him. I appreciate him very good, very much.

There appears to be a lack of communication between doctor and patient. Multiple issues came out while reading the notes in comparison to the actual visit comments.
