Dr Diercks is top-notch and has been a huge help to our family several times now. She always has clear explanations of options and the plan moving forward. When we have acute needs she has always made time to hear our concerns. 11/10!

Dr Diercks has been seeing my son since he was 1. She always comes into the room prepared to discuss his issues. She is always calm and kind. She explains everything before she does it. We love Dr Diercks!! My son said after we saw her the other day that she is his favorite Dr!!

I love Dr. Diercks- she has been amazing to my daughter and my family during all of our ENT issues/concerns. She is respectful, friendly and warm/kind. I recommend her to everyone!

Dr. Diercks is WONDERFUL!! She took the time to explain everything that was going to happen and every instrument she was going to use to both our son and us. She took her time, we did not feel rushed at all. It was a great experience for both us and our son.

My son was a little nervous during the visit and both the nurse and doctor acknowledged his fear and comforted him

I liked the doctor just fine. She was good. But there's no availability for an infant sleep study for potentially nine months. And we may end up going to a different hospital system in order to try to get him seen. So I overall was not super satisfied with Mass General. But obviously, no fault whatsoever to the ENT doctor.

Ms. Gillian Diercks was an excellent care provider. She was very thorough and got us the referrals that we've been waiting for for a long time. And she was very concerned with my daughter's well-being and getting to the root of things. So I would like to applaud her for her great job as a caring doctor.
